A multidisciplinary career
Anthony Cruze is an Australian recording artist, DJ and Video DJ, music-video director and producer, entertainment entrepreneur, and founder of Turn It Up TV. His work spans recorded music, live audiovisual performance, music television and entertainment technology. [2] [4] [7] [11]
He releases work as Anthony Cruze, Ant Cruze, 2GreenDollars and 2Green!. The official production disclosure also identifies the songwriter as Anthony Cruze Chidiac; the Guinness entry uses Anthony ‘2GreenDollars’ Chidiac. [1] [7] [16] [17]
His recorded releases, screen credits, touring work and technical projects are distinct parts of the same career. A booking category describes a service or context; it does not describe the full scope of this work.
Guinness World Record
Guinness World Records lists Anthony ‘2GreenDollars’ Chidiac of Australia for the longest marathon video jockey / club VJ, performed at Cheyenne Pub. [1]
The official page gives 18 December 2011 in its date field and 17 December in its narrative. Both are preserved here rather than silently choosing one. This record was publicly listed at review; Guinness cautions that online records may lag changes. This page does not assert an independently confirmed “inaugural” or permanently current status.
Recorded music & screen work
Recording artist and remix producer
Apple Music lists MADGA, The Wicked Mixes, singles including Missing and Get Up! (The party has begun), and appearances with 2Green!. These are public recording-artist catalogue entries. [2]
ArtistRack credits Cruze, as 2GreenDollars, with producing dance remixes of The Leader (Of the Band), featuring Sheila E, Prince and The E Family. Digital DJ Pool carries a corresponding extended-mix listing. The documented role here is remix production; a release credit alone does not establish that every named artist worked together in the studio. [3] [19]
Additional catalogues document The PopBrokers project, Anthony Cruze and the Modern Saints, and The Real Thing releases with Les Toth and 2Green!. [20] [22] [23]

Live performance & international productions
The official biography and ReverbNation profile document the following engagements. These references are artist-published career accounts; they should not be mistaken for independent organiser credits. [7] [8]
- 2014 FIFA World Cup, São Paulo: an engagement listed in the official performance history.
- Rio 2016: Olympic opening and closing ceremonies listed in the biography; the ReverbNation account also mentions Paralympic ceremonies.
- Sheila E: international touring VJ work, with a 2016 Australian tour described in the IMDb biography. [10]
- Michael Jackson’s This Is It: Video DJ work for Sony Pictures / Sony Music launch events, also described in the Meyla archive. [12]
- MGM Macau: New Year’s Eve Video DJ performances across three years.
- Other listed engagements: Prince’s Glam Slam concept; CinemaCon in Las Vegas; Studio 54 Las Vegas; Crown Melbourne; and the Royal Melbourne Show.
These entries describe the participation reported by their sources. They do not imply overall creative direction of an Olympic ceremony, an entire World Cup production, or endorsement by the organisations named.
Broadcasting & entertainment technology
Music television and radio
The 2026 Turn It Up announcement traces the project to Rhythm NATion in 1992 and a Turn It Up television relaunch in 1994. An Apple Podcasts archive contains audio uploaded in 2015 and described as excerpts from the 1997 radio series. A Vimeo retrospective preserves material from the television and IMAX work. [11] [13] [14]
Cruze is identified as founder of Turn It Up TV in the public channel announcement. The channel extends his work in music programming and audiovisual presentation. [11] [26]
2000 government-budget livestream
Victorian Legislative Assembly Hansard of 10 May 2000, page 1443, records discussion of the live webcast of the 2000–01 Victorian budget speech and whether broadcasting arrangements would provide equal treatment for government and non-government members. It refers to the Speaker’s letter of 27 April 2000. This is contemporaneous parliamentary evidence of the webcast and the fairness debate; the passage does not identify its technical producer. [27]
The IMDb biography and Cruze’s public announcement separately describe his engineering role in the 2000 budget livestream; IMDb names E-cast as funder. Attribution of that role comes from those career accounts, not from Hansard. The located parliamentary passage does not establish a global “first” claim. [10] [11]
Real-time video and DVD production
The Meyla project archive describes real-time DVD work demonstrated in connection with Bill Gates and a Windows XP launch in Las Vegas in 2001. Cruze’s LinkedIn publications include a live-to-DVD demonstration reference, and the Cruze: Turn It Up! documentary synopsis describes Windows XP footage. [9] [12] [15]
Human-led AI-assisted production
The official AI disclosure states that selected productions have used AI-assisted transformations since 2018 within a human-led workflow. It distinguishes this from wholly generated work and identifies human performers and production contributors. [16]
The IMDb biography describes Warm, Silky AI-video development in 2018 and a further presentation in June 2023. Stage 32 separately dates a work titled Warm, Silky to 2017. These references do not, by themselves, establish the technology used in every version or a global priority claim. [4] [10]

About this record
This is an artist-maintained reference page, published by Anthony Cruze’s official website. It brings together relevant public references located for this edition; it is not an independent accreditation or an exhaustive search of every archive.
Descriptions of future bookings, agency suitability, festival eligibility or commercial positioning are assessments—not established career credits. They should be kept separate from the dated works and roles documented here.
Record titles, source dates and roles are preserved as specifically as the evidence allows. Audience totals, worldwide rankings and “first” or “most prolific” claims require their own dated evidence and definitions before being presented as verified figures.
